The Ideal Candidate
You will be a RGN/RMN/RNLD with experience as either an acute or aged care nurse. You will have a caring attitude and be ambitious to grow your career in care/elderly care. You will be independent with the capacity to make informed decisions, escalate issues where appropriate and provide support to more junior members of staff, Ideally, you will be an effective communicator, with full right to work in Northern Ireland. A flexible “can do” attitude and a willingness to go over and above would be highly desirable.
