1.    The information we collect and how we use it
We will obtain personal data about you where you register on our Website, submit a booking request for training courses, make enquiries in relation to an employment opportunity and/or where you apply for a job or other vacancy. Personal data will also be obtained on behalf of others where you carry out any of the above activities on their behalf. The personal data which may be obtained by us includes, without limitation, first name, last name, email, phone number, racial or ethnic origin, details of physical health and condition and details of your professional qualifications as contained in any curriculum vitae (“CV”) or application form submitted by you or on behalf of another person.  
 
We gather this information to allow us to deal with your queries and orders, to contact you and, where relevant, to assist in making job applications and/or to pursue professional employment opportunities on your behalf. We may also gather this information for the purposes of sending you our latest publications. We will use your e-mail address and telephone number to send you information in relation to TTM Healthcare’s business activities to include training courses and employment opportunities. 

We may also obtain sensitive personal data about you and persons on whose behalf you act to include gaining access to the Website. This sensitive personal data may be obtained in connection with the submission of a booking request for training courses, the making of enquiries in relation to an employment opportunity and/or in connection with any job application (to include the submission by you of a CV. This sensitive personal data may include, without limitation, information relating to your racial or ethnic origin and/or information relating to your physical health and condition. 

We only gather information relating to your physical health and condition to assess whether a particular training course or employment opportunity is appropriate for you. In relation to details of racial or ethnic origin, we do not request this information from you directly nor do we require it in connection with any job application; however it is from time to time included in CVs obtained from individuals who make enquiries in relation to an employment opportunity. Any obtained sensitive personal data will not be retained longer than necessary.

The information provided by you when completing any online or telephone booking form will be shared with the course tutor who will be provided with the information regarding each training course participant. 

Any information contained in CVs submitted by you or other information submitted in connection with any employment opportunities will be treated with the strictest of confidence. This information including, without limitation, CVs and job application forms, will be shared with interested third party clients of TTM Healthcare and other prospective employers in an effort to obtain new employment opportunities for you. 

We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring Website usage in order to help us develop and improve the Website and our services (including our training courses) and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

2.    Marketing
We may contact you by post, email and telephone about our services (including training courses and/or employment opportunities) and other events involving or relating to TTM Healthcare which may be of interest to you. You also have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you wish to exercise this right you should send us an email to info@ttmhealthcare.com with a header that says “Unsubscribe”.
