TTM Healthcare are looking to recruit a Unit Manager / Senior Nurse to support a specialist complex care service in Sheffield that provide high-quality nurse-led care for service users with complex care needs.
The CQC rated GOOD' service is built up of 80 beds which are split into 8 x 10 bed units and you will be solely responsible for one of the 10 bedded units.
Working alongside 8 other Nurses on shifts, a Clinical Nurse Manager and Head of Care, you'll receive a high level of support beginning at induction with continuous professional development throughout your career.
As a Unit Manager / Senior Nurse you role will include overseeing a 10 bedded complex care unit, ensuring the unit is running smoothly and meets all CQC requirments.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• You will take the role of a Unit Manager / Senior Nurse on duty and have responsibility for a team of care staff
• You will lead by example, delivering hands-on nursing care and providing strong leadership to your team
• You will have a person-centred ethos and be committed to enriching the lives of the individuals in your care.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
• You will be a registered nurse RMN / RGN / RNLD and will have a valid NMC pin
• Previous challenging behaviour experience
• You'll be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality
• Good Clinical background skills

We are looking for a dedicated Unit Manager / Senior Nurse, either RGN/RMN or RNLD Nurse registrations will be accepted and although experience in the field of comeplex care is preferred, it is certainly not essential as exceptional training is provided through this companies award winning learning academy.
