We are hiring for two Team Leaders to work with our UK Perm team and our UK Temp team. We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultants with 2-3 years' experience who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, screening, on boarding and fostering strong candidate relationship for current and future utilisation.
• A dedicated focus on building client relationships illustrated through client visits, retention of existing clients, attending networking events and constantly seeking feedback.
• Using all social, database, networks, job boards, colleges and Company website to attract and connect with candidates.
• Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal whilst always maintaining professional and well-functioning desk.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all content that you draft is done so with a high level of attention to detail and in a manner that reflects our business particularly for roles that are being publically posted on various platforms.
• Identification of key client influencers, adding and refreshing contacts on the CRM.
• Adhering to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements per client and or per guiding client policy.
• Achieving weekly KPI's set by Business Manager
• Provide accurate forecasts of team gross to profit for manager to use in weekly management and board meetings.
• Monitor team performance and activity by Collating activity reports as requested by team manager.
• Assist the team manager with the following:
1.Collating information relating to tender applications.
2.Monitoring budgets and spend in relation to the P & L
3.Delivery of the business plan by the team, by setting quarterly targets and objectives for all team members
4.Internal Recruitment
5.Performance Management of team members
• Ensuring all placements are accurately recorded on candidate management spreadsheet and changes communicated to manager.
• Team communication, encourage, respect and lead the team with open communication.
• Perform auditing and quality checking particularly in relation to compliance standards and client meetings/ calls.
• Cover desks as required in relation to holidays and on call cover
• Provide relief management cover when team manager is away on leave and attend necessary meetings on managers behalf.
• Any other duties as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about sales
• 2-3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare
• Highly motivated
• Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
