Staff Nurse
Urology/Neuroscience
At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with one of London's largest private hospitals, located in the heart of London, specialising in Medical and Surgical care. They have an available opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work on their Urology and Neurosciences ward. If you think the position is right for you, let's talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The overall responsibility within this is to care for patients undergoing medical and surgical interventions due to urological or neuro conditions.
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role as Staff Nurse on the urology and neurosciences ward will involve ensuring the right standard of care is provided to all patients at all times. Your responsibility will cover all aspects of acute patient care, You will have an innate ability to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly. Working as part of the team you will be competent across Venepuncture, Cannulation and Tracheostomy Care and Catherization, carrying out these tasks on a daily basis while maintaining a safe environment for patients under your care. You will also be assigned other ad hoc duties as required by senior members of staff.
EDUCATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nursing Degree
NMC Registration
REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
• Have experience of working in an acute setting
• Post-graduation experience in Urology, Nephrology or Neurosciences
• Experience across Cannulation and Venepuncture, Tracheostomy Care, Male Catheterization
• You will be a caring and compassionate nurse with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Working as part of a team you will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player.
