Commissioning Residential Care Home Manager - Older People / Dementia - Northampton

Salary £55,000 (negotiable on experience)
I am working in partnership with a well respected care home provider who has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager for Older People to commission a luxurious care home which is due to open late 2020. If you are looking for an exciting new opportunity then this is the perfect role for you!
The service is luxurious and medium to large in size. It will provide residential care for older people and dementia (no nursing). You will be instrumental in recruiting your own team who will be loyal and caring. As the Registered Residential Care Home Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively to build occupancy. You will drive the business forward making the home a happy environment for both residents and staff whilst ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
You will need previous experience at home manager level within a care home for older people with good CQC reports or improvements on previous CQC reports.
For this position the client will only accept applications from people who are currently working within the elderly care home sector.
