Requirements for this role
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
·NHS registration
·Full immunisation history
·Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
Nurses are required to have the following competencies:
• Car driver/ability to travel within your locality in a timely manner.
• Medicine Management
• Diabetes care/Insulin administration
• Trauma wounds- non complex
• Surgical wounds- non complex
• Pressure Ulcer care
• Recent Anaphylaxis Training
• Male and female catheterisation- care of and insertion.
We would not expect agency nurses to deal with our more complex patient's as these would need to remain under the care of permanent staff.
