Responsible for a team of thirty, as Head of the UK Greg oversees the sales and operations of the International, Temporary and Permanent Recruitment Divisions led by Cliona O’Gara and Mark Sweeney respectively. These teams provide the industry with hundreds of healthcare professionals 24/7 and 365 days a year - from HCAs to ICU Nurses, and from flexible to fixed term work. Greg also takes charge of the central bid function for TTM .
Greg is proud of what the these divisions have achieved – supporting and guiding thousands of international nurses each year from around the world to start exciting new careers and lives in the UK. The division also includes an experienced and specialist Medical Team, with experts that source and place Doctors nationally and internationally. The Temporary & Permanent Division provides hundreds of healthcare professionals, from HCAs to ICU Nurses, on a flexible and fixed term basis each-and-every-day.
The UK faces a significant shortage of healthcare professionals – but Greg sees this as an opportunity for TTM to prove itself by finding “suitably qualified candidates nationally and internationally, in a timely manner, for our customers.”
Greg grew up in Surrey, his home today, but has spent a large part of his working life in London and travelling UK in his various roles, which range from Head of Local Government, to Associate Director and Head of Bid Management. With bids and sales as his core profession, Greg worked in many sectors and industries including data, analytics and technology, learning and development and information management solutions. He has lead teams, managed multi-million-pound projects and provided strategic direction at all levels. Having worked as Head of Bids and Tenders at TTM, Greg moved into his current role in 2021.
To his role, Greg brings a process mindset and eye for detail. He is keenly aware that his division operates across many strands and layers, and optimising process in all aspects is how the business will continue to improve its service. His inquisitive nature and inherent drive to solve problems helps him achieve this.

Greg is a Certified Practitioner of the APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals).
