Staff Nurse, Haematology/Oncology
Location: Birmingham
Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum dependent on experience + 9% shift allowance + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)
TTM Healthcare Solutions are looking for a Haematology or Oncology Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Team in Birmingham.
Role overview:
As a Staff Nurse specialising within Haematology/ Oncology, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high standards of specialist care to ensure that patients are cared for in a safe, caring and comfortable environment. This will include meeting their medical, physical, and emotional needs by effectively communicating with the patient and their families.
You will work in a manner that puts the patient at the centre of all you do and strive to deliver exceptional standards, consistently. The role will work across a full rotating shift pattern and provide an opportunity to care for patients who have undergone surgery across multiple specialties.
Requirements
·NMC Registered Nurse (RN Adult)
·Experience in Haematology/Oncology
·Understanding of the importance of research and evidence-based practice
