Mancunian native Robert is part of TTM’s Temp Division in the UK and places Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants. Each month he helps place around 10 professionals in the jobs they want, and he’s passionate about what he does.
With A-levels in Politics, Psychology, English Language and Law, Robert is also holder of a Duke of Edinburgh Award - the world's leading youth achievement accolade. After school Robert pursued a career in hospitality management before covid changed his path:
“I realised that what I enjoyed most about my work in hospitality was running the recruitment process - so I decided to pursue recruitment as a career. It was the best decision ever.”
Robert really appreciates TTM’s focus on technology and the company’s ‘Love Tech, Don’t Fear Tech’ approach. He’s driven by the variety of his work, the many and diverse people he gets to meet, and the high-energy environment that defines TTM.
“I enjoy people and I love to listen and to talk. This is so important in my line of work. Whether you’re a candidate or a client - strap in for a while! And I make sure I will always be available when I’m needed.”
Outside of work, Robert enjoys hiking, is part of a walking group and is keen on rugby and six-a-side. He also loves holidays and socialising at his local!
