Leah Daly is HR Officer in our all-important People & Culture division, which in so many ways is the heart and soul of TTM, where our unique approach to people is nurtured.
Leah takes care of the day-to-day operations of HR - from preparing draft contracts and offer letters to ensuring the HR database is maintained. She also assists with the recruitment process, carrying out screening calls and scheduling interviews.
Growing up in Knocknagarhoon in West Clare, Leah studied a Bachelor of Business Studies at the University of Limerick, majoring in HR Management. During her studies she completed a 4-month Co-op as an HR Intern for a manufacturing company and quickly discovered that HR was something she wanted to pursue. She went on to study with Boston Scientific and is a Human Resources Graduate EMEA - joining TTM in 2023.
Leah is organised, detail-oriented and embraces every challenge as a learning opportunity. TTM’s purpose to ‘Realise Potential’ really speaks to Leah and she experiences this in action every day.
