One of the things we love about TTM is the diversity of our people. Our consultants come from all walks of life, bringing their expertise and learnings with them and developing important new ones. This is certainly true of International Recruitment Consultant Bryden. Originally from Kilrush, Clare, Bryden graduated from NUIG with a BSC in Earth and Ocean Sciences. He travelled in Australia working in construction as well as in IT - but found his tribe at TTM and has never looked back. Bryden joined us in 2018 as a Delivery and Compliance Consultant and is now an International Recruitment Consultant. Part of the team of 15, he places up to 50 nurses a month and has a real passion for what he does:
“I love the achievement of recruitment – of hitting our targets. During the pandemic I had a client who, over 8 months, had a target of 160 nurses and we over-delivered by 28. We really showed our client that we could adapt and manage change, no matter what. It’s all about taking responsibility for targets, and constantly looking at how you can improve the way we do things…”
“Equally, I thrive on the smaller stuff – like when you get a message from a nurse you helped bring to the UK, saying “thank you for helping me achieve my dreams.”
Bryden enjoys golf, swimming and socialising and lives in Ennis, Clare.
