Our International division is continuing to grow so therefore we we are currently recruiting for a Travel Coordinator to join our tribe and to assist with arrivals in Northern Ireland for Nurses, Doctors and AHP's. This role would be suitable for someone with a travel agency background who is quite flexible and interested in doing ad hoc work, 4-5 days per month. The role will be will be home-based in Manchester with day a to day support from our team in Manchester and in Clare, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
• You will work with our teams in Manchester and Clare and help support any of our Nurses, Doctors and AHP's into Northern Ireland
• Meet and greet International candidates at the airport and travel with them when necessary to their accommodation
• Provide welcome packs upon arrival and organsiing to meet cndidates at a designated date/time
• Adhering to all company policies and meet all legislative requirements per client and or per guiding client policy
• Any other duties as and when required.
The Ideal Candidate
• Full clean driving licence and access to a car
• Experience from a travel agency would be an advantage however not essential
• Ability to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess a drive to succeed.
• Can work autonomously and under pressure
• Be confident, professional and innovative in solving problems
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
