Registered Nursing Home Manager / Multi Site - Sheffield
£55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications

TTM Healthcare is working in partnership with an excellent care home provider, in search of a Registered Nursing Home Manager for their service in South Yorkshire. This is a large home and can be classed as a multi site manager. Providing nursing and residential care for adults with mental health needs, often with challenging behaviours as well as those with neurological disorders.
As the Registered Care Home Manager you will lead a large team and manage all aspects of the homes overall performance, ensuring that residents' needs are met in a person centred way. Additionally, you will create and develop strong internal and external relationships, playing an integral role in the strengthening of the brand. Your focus will also be to run the home as your own successful business, including all P&L responsibilities.
To be considered for the Registered Nursing Home Manager's position within this lovely service, you must be nurse qualified with a current PIN, along with a proven track record of managing 'Good' or 'Outstanding' CQC registered services, particularly within a similar registered care category.
You will be rewarded will a salary of up to £60,000, along with other benefits such as a profitable bonus scheme, 35 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday's), pension, life assurance, healthcare cover and retail discounts and vouchers.
