At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with a new £2m care home service based in South Manchester which opened in January and is going to be recognised as one of the leading care homes in Manchester, renowned for their first class luxury service, facilities and nursing staff.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a commissioning team taking on the challenge of streamlining and implementing processes for the service alongside the management seniors. This is an exciting opportunity for an Nurse to work in a stunning brand new service with a fantastic support team around them.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support in the commissioning of the new built service alongside management
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed
Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and the registering authorities.
To manage communication with all residents, relatives, staff, professionals who are involved in the resident's care
THE REQUIREMENTS:
• Be a registered staff nurse
• Be registered with the NMC
• Have elderly care home experience
• Good Clinical background skills
• Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
