£17.76 per hour to £18.50 per hour depending on experience.

About the Organisation
We are working with a highly respected private Care Home group, who have a track record in the provision of Elderly Care Services in Northern Irleand over many years. They have 7 fantastic homes in total, and this new Acquired Brain Injury Unit has been established as a standalone unit on one of their campuses. Ths client provides excellent standards of care to its residents, in modern, purpose built facilities. They are now looking for Registered Nurses who are keen to learn and develop their career within the group. You can expect a structured induction programme, together with a high level of management support, and a defined career path from qualified nurse to Care home Manager.
We have a number of permanent vacancies in this unitt present.
Pay rates are dependent on experience, and applications from new graduates will be considered.

The ideal candidate
You will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with experience as either an acute, aged care or learning disabilities nurse. You will have a caring attitude and be ambitious to grow your career in acquired brain injury. You will be independent with the capacity to make informed decisions, escalate issues where appropriate and provide support to more junior members of staff, Ideally, you will be an effective communicator, with full right to work in Northern Ireland. A flexible can do attitude and a willingness to go over and above would be highly desirable.
