Registered Manager - Mental Health Adults / Complex Care / Learning Disabilities
West Yorkshire - commutable from Huddersfield, Barnsley, Wakefield and surround areas
Salary £30,000 to £35,000 (negotiable on experience)
My client is seeking a new Registered Manager to be responsible for this small to medium residential service for people with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Complex Care in West Yorkshire.
My client has numerous learning disabilities, autism and complex needs services. They are looking for candidates already experienced in managing a small to medium complex health service for adults and older people.
You will be responsible for:
·Ensuring the service runs smoothly in line with company and CQC requirements
·Day to day management of the service
·Finance & Budgets
·Recruitment and retention of staff and be a supportive leader who can support and mentor
·Able to develop relationships with both internal and external agencies
·Change management
To be considered for this position you will need:
·Management experience in a medium sized Residential Learning Disability/ Autism service
·Strong track record in CQC inspections
·Excellent leadership skills
·Dynamic with passion and enthusiasm
