Staff Nurse Required for Immediate start
THE OPPORTUNITY:
TTM are currently recruiting Staff Nurses to work in our wards at Bristol Royal Infirmary Hospital - Applications are welcomed from registered nurses who ideally live in or around the Bristol area, or those that may wish to relocate. Applicants must be registered with NMC and ideally have experience working in an acute hospital.
THE BACKGROUND:
At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with a large number of NHS Trust's supporting them in the supply of nurses within their hospital. I am seeking Band 5 Nurses for full and part time locum nurse positions. I am specifically interested in Nurses who have availability to cover long days and can offer at least 3/4 shifts a week.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
•Promoting patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patients, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; answering questions.
•Resolving patient problems and needs by utilising multidisciplinary team strategies.
•Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
•You will be promoting and restoring patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; you will also be providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
EDUCATION:
Nursing certificate and registration with the NMC with a valid UK PIN number
THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for this role, you will need to:
•Be a registered staff nurse with ideally 1 or more years' experience
•Ability to cover shift patterns of either earlies or lates
•Registered with the NMC
•Ideally have worked within an acute hospital environment
•Have very good communication skills and work well in a team
