ICU Ward Manager
Location: Birmingham
Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week

TTM Healthcare Solutions are looking for an ICU Ward Manager to lead our critical care team in Birmingham.
Role Overview
The Critical Care Ward Manager is responsible for taking the lead for the overall running of the Critical Care unit and will be responsible for providing clinical direction with strong, visible leadership to all nursing staff, in partnership with allied health professionals and medical staff.
You will lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards within critical care, driving a culture of patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Working in line with local and National Critical Care guidance, you will have the responsibility ensuring all appropriate measures are taken to maintain, promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of patients, employees, visitors, and the business.
Requirements
·Registered Nurse with NMC Registration.
·Intensive Care qualification is (Essential).
·Advanced Life Support Provider Qualification (Highly Desirable).
·Previous experience of leading and developing a team.
·Possessing or working towards leadership qualifications or Masters degree (Highly desirable).
·A strong understanding of clinical governance, quality, and risk in regard to patient safety.
·Experience in Quality Improvement, facilitating and managing change in the workplace.
