Tommy Lees is the Commercial Director of TTM Healthcare Solutions and is responsible for leading sales and financial performance across the company’s Workforce Management Solutions business.
Having joined TTM in 2009, he has served the organisation as Business Manager Ireland: Temporary & Training Divisions, Operations Manager and Head of Social Care, Healthcare Assistant & Training Divisions.
Tommy has played a key role in TTM’s transformation from a traditional recruitment agency to a specialist healthcare solutions company. Leading the expansion of its Workforce Management Solutions division, driving the development of its customer offering.
With 15 + years of expertise in healthcare staffing, services and solutions, Tommy is passionate about building strong partnerships that deliver real value to our clients. He believes the ‘secret sauce’ of TTM Healthcare Solutions is simply that we understand what our clients need, and care enough to ensure that those needs are met – consistently.
He ensures TTM leverages its deep sectoral expertise, scale and technology to create tailored workforce solutions to meet our clients unique challenges. Supporting the public, private and voluntary/not for profit sectors in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK in their long-term plans.
Tommy’s other important role is Dad to two daughters, spending as much time as he can with them. He’s a keen sportsman with a passion for Munster Rugby and Formula 1 and enjoys gym, running and basketball.
