Business Manager: Ireland & Northern Ireland Permanent Divisions
My TTM is
Mentoring. Leading. Energetic. Delivering. Passionate.
Therese believes there is nothing quite like the feeling you get when you meet your customer’s needs, head on – in a way that no other agency could.
With 9 years’ experience working in a large Limerick travel agency, Therese began her career at TTM Healthcare in 2010, in the Compliance Department. With her passion for sales, she quickly progressed to a Recruitment Consultant and developed the Locum Nursing Division: a key part of the business which supplies the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors with agency nurses. Therese swiftly progressed and by 2012 she was Team Leader – championing the development and management of the Irish Locum and Permanent Nursing Division.
In 2018, Therese progressed into the role of Business Manager for the Irish and Northern Irish markets. Leading a team of 23 Recruitment Consultants, she is responsible for supplying staff across the Nursing , Medical, Social Care and AHP Divisions. She also manages Business Development and Candidate Acquisition across the Irish business. Each day, Therese’s team places staff into the Public, Private and Voluntary sectors across the entire country - supplying around 70 Permanent healthcare professionals into services on a monthly basis.
One of Therese’s unique skills is her passion and ability to lead and mentor her team – helping to make sure that the way they work always reflects the company’s goals and values, while meeting targets and clients’ needs and expectations. She truly understands the strains of candidate shortages that customers can experience – and is constantly sourcing new international partners so that the company can continue to deliver high-calibre candidates.
“ I run regular, strategic candidate acquisition initiatives with my team. I constantly analyse current market conditions and develop new, appropriate and innovative strategies to attract the best people to work with our customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland. To complete the circle, we make sure we reward our employees and our candidates for their loyalty and efforts.”
