Siju is Principal Recruitment Consultant for our Medical Division, placing Doctors in Temporary and Permanent positions in Ireland, on both a locum and contract basis. Siju recruits Consultants, Registrars and Senior House Officers from around the world, to the HSE, private hospitals and voluntary organisations.
In the last 12 years Siju has recruited more than 400 Doctors – placing them within the HSE in Ireland and the HSC in Northern Ireland. Siju has also sourced Doctors internationally from USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, Germany and Belgium for clients in Gulf region. Among them are the SEHA Hospital Group in Abu Dhabi as well as the Ministry of National Guard and the King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre in Saudi Arabia. Siju is two-time Finalist in the National Recruitment Federation Awards (Recruitment Consultant Category).

Siju loves a challenge and enjoys working on vacancies that may be more difficult to fill. He makes it his goal to always go the extra mile for his candidates and clients and invests a lot of time talking and meeting with them to understand their needs and motivation.

Outside of the office, Siju plays an active role within his community as part of the Catholic Church.
