First, You Apply

Naturally, interviews may vary according to the TTM role for which you’re applying. But the golden thread running through all interviews is that you can count on it being professional, well-defined and efficient, every step of the way.

The process begins when you apply for a job you’ve seen offered on our website- which you’ll find simple and straightforward. We respect your time and needs and know that once you’ve made your mind up about looking for a new job, you need things to keep moving - so we will always try to get back to you within two weeks. During this time, we’ll contact you and let you know if your application qualifies you for the next stage of the process.

Then - Let’s Talk

We will arrange a Screening Call with you, as your first opportunity to chat with us about your interest in TTM. A Screening Call normally takes about 20 minutes, during which time your interviewer will go through your CV and look at what relevant experience you have for the position. You’ll be asked specific questions so we can understand your fit and suitability for our internal team.

Good to Know: Sometimes the role that you have applied for may not be the role that is best suited to your skills and experience. Our recruitment team will guide you and make sure you are put forward to a role that matches your skill set and experience.

We know that once you’ve had a Screening Call, you’ll be keen for the next step, so we commit to letting you know, within one week, if we would like to have a Round One Interview with you.

Your Round One Interview

You’ll be invited to an MS Teams meeting for a comprehensive first interview. And remember - we will always make sure you’re put at ease and are comfortable with the process. In this interview we’ll ask you competency-based questions relevant to the internal role for which you are applying. We’ll give you plenty of time to ask any questions you may have so you can get to know a little more about the company and team with which you’ll be working.

After normally one week we will be in touch with you and give you an update on your interview status.

Your In Person Interview

Once you have reached this stage of the process, we’ll invite you to visit our HQ for an In Person Interview. You will meet your potential collaborators and the team, and we’ll take the time to get to know you a little better and understand your fit for the team. But again - it’s relaxed and friendly and always professional because that’s who we are. HQ is very much central to the energy at TTM, and the big open spaces, brightness and funky décor really expresses our culture. You’ll get a taste of this when you visit and can also ask any final questions you may have.

After a successful In Person interview, we will contact you and make you a formal job offer. From then - it’s your time to get ready for your best move yet. Our People & Culture team will be there to help you - to arrange your on-boarding and help with any other queries you may have.
