Important Information

At Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) are now in the 7th year of running our widely acclaimed International Recruitment (IR) Programme. We have a vast amount of experience as a Trust of both attracting and onboarding international nurses, providing you with the guidance and support you need and deserve to help you to become confident in making an informed decision to choose MFT as your next and best career move.

Since developing our International Nurse Programme in 2015, we have welcomed more than 1700 international nurses including EU and non-EU candidates. Our Trust is regarded as an exemplar site in the successful delivery of the IR programme with an outstanding OSCE pass rate which we pride ourselves on. As a result, this has supported our vision in MFT becoming a leading Trust and an ‘Employer of Choice’ for hundreds of overseas nurses who are looking to relocate to the UK and either start or continue their nursing career.

Of course, we understand that moving to another country can be a stressful and unknown experience for our new recruits, but we are here to make the process as smooth as possible for you and will be welcoming you with open arms!

MFT have been shortlisted for a Nursing Times Workforce Award for ‘Best International Recruitment Experience’ 2022.
