Are you a PET-CT Technologist looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting PET-CT Technologists to join our Client's Mobile PET CT team working at a variety of Hospitals across London, Milton Keynes, Reading, Stevenage, Swindon and surrounding areas!
Our Client provides diagnostic and healthcare services to the NHS and Private providers. Through their range of Radiology Services, Pathway Services and Screening Services, they see more than 2 million patients a year across the UK.
As one of the UK's leading experts in the provision of PET-CT solutions, they are experienced in providing patients with accessible, modern and efficient scans when and where they are needed, linking results and reports to the relevant cancer network.
What does being a Mobile PET-CT Technologist involve?
This role is flexible hours Monday - Saturday covering Hospitals across London, Milton Keynes, Reading, Stevenage, Swindon and surrounding areas.
As a PET-CT Radiographer/Technologist, You will be undertaking PET CT imaging procedures efficiently and effectively for both the public and private sectors; adhering to best practice of radiographic technique. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of Practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• BSc Radiography or BSc Nuclear Medicine
• Previous experience within PET-CT or Nuclear Medicine is essential
• Basic appreciation of patient care and knowledge of the requirements of a radiographer / technologist's role in the care of patients, their visitors and carers, and to colleagues
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Previous basic use of imaging equipment
• Safety awareness skills utilising imaging equipment
• Professional and cooperative attitude towards patients, customers and colleagues
• Proven competency in verbal and written communication
• Experience working with Imaging Equipment in a clinical environment
• Eligibility to drive in the UK
• Flexibility to work the shifts required
• Be prepared to undertake National travel to attend training courses
