Are you an experienced Home Manager in North Yorkshire looking for an exciting new opportunity with a reputable provider in a recently built care home? If so, I have the perfect role for you.
I am working with a well respected care provider who offer nursing care to the elderly and Dementia. The service is medium to large in size and provides care for older people and dementia both residential and nursing. The home has a good reputation along with CQC report and my client is looking for someone to now work on the occupancy.
As the Registered Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively. You will drive the business forward within the financial targets and uphold the company vision and strategy as well as effectively communicating with the operational team.
To be considered for this exciting position you will have come from a registered manager's position and been in this role for the past 2 years with a care home provider, ideally with a nursing qualification or experience at management level within a nursing home. Using your extensive knowledge of cost setting, quality monitoring and working to financial targets you will be pivotal in implementing and driving forward the company's future plans.
