TTM Healthcare is working in partnership with a reputable national care provider who provide personalised support to children and adults with a range of physical and learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Are you an familiar with OFSTED at Registered Manager level and looking for your next step? If so this is an ideal opportunity to join a reputable care provider in a pivotal role supporting the Regional Director covering approx. 10-12 services in and around the Essex region.

Your responsibilities will be:
·Accountability for short term projects ie. Service improvement, commissioning new services, interim management or projects around KPI improvement
·Ensure projects are managed in line with budget expectations
·Supporting Registered Managers
·Interim management / crisis management when required
·Complete service quality visits
·Staff management, recruitment, training

You will require:
·knowledge of the Education Act and/or Health and Social Care Act
·Business Development skills to ensure referral activity for the services
·Finance & Budget experience
·Nurse Qualified and/or NVQ Level 4 in Care / Management
·Previous management in children care / education service
