Our unique Flex Force offering gives you the opportunity to take up the following hours commitment over a rolling 12-week period:
• 132 hours

The Candidate
HC-One are looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
Requirements
• A valid NMC Pin
• A full understanding of person-centred care planning processes and a background of working in care environments
• Experience of leading, managing and mentoring a team
• Ideally some experience of caring for older people
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Above all, the ability to deliver the kindest possible care to put a smile on our Residents’ faces
