We have excellent opportunities for healthcare professionals with part time permanent contracts available that provide you with guaranteed income and the ability to work flexible hours across a range of HC-One homes in your area.

At present we are recruiting in:
​• Penrith, Cumbria
​• County Durham
​• Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Our unique Flex Force offering gives you the opportunity to take up the following hours commitment over a rolling 12-week period:
​• 132 hours
​• 264 hours
​• 396 hours

The Candidate

HC-One are looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice. Not to mention a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.

Requirements

​• A valid NMC Pin
​• A full understanding of person-centred care planning processes and a background of working in care environments
​• Experience of leading, managing and mentoring a team
​• Ideally some experience of caring for older people
​• Good communication and organisation skills
​• Above all, the ability to deliver the kindest possible care to put a smile on our Residents’ faces
