Job Title: Support workers
Work with: Children with Learning and Physical Difficulties
Hour’s: Variety to suit all – Earlies, lates and waking nights available
Pay: Competitive – varies on desired shifts
Providing support to children, young people and families by agreeing and directly delivering interventions, with appropriate direction, which enable positive and agreed outcomes to be achieved, in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
This particular role will involve a caring personality to get involved with the children who are receiving support coming straight from school or the family home. Assist in full or part day outings, walks in nearby parkland, playing in the garden or just chilling and using activity and game equipment both indoors and outside.
- Have the right to work in the UK
- DBS certificate registered on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
- NHS standard mandatory trainings (or willing to update if required)
- Compassionate/Caring person
- Experience working in intellectual disability (advantageous)
