We were delighted to present a cheque to the ISPCC for €10,348.78 recently.

Thank you to our team for their efforts in making this happen! Fundraising events included our annual Tenner Challenge; where each of our teams are given €10 or £10 as a starting point to develop creative fundraising events. For the ISPCC our teams dressed up, made dinners, played bingo and held raffles over the course of 24 hours. Special thanks to our CSR team who organised these events.

As Ireland’s national child protection charity the ISPCC is a cause close to the hearts of our people, our families and our community. This contribution will help ISPCC Childline respond to 3,750 calls and messages from children in need of support and help, including the training of volunteers to prepare them for this commendable work.  Thank you to Carmen Taheny (Corporate Fundraising Manager ISPCC) for her time and insights into the ISPCC’s fantastic work.

Each year our team nominates two charities in Ireland and the UK as our charities of the year. Our teams then fundraise throughout the year to help these worthy causes. For 2017 and 2018 our nominated charities were the ISPCC and the British Lung Foundation.
