Top Three Reasons Wales is a Great Move

1.    Work worth moving for
Believing that ’happy staff make happy homes’ and “the more we know the better we care” our client takes care of their nurses with big things like generous benefits and training, and little things to make their day better. Leadership and management development courses are in place to encourage nurses to progress their careers into clinical lead or management positions within the company.

2.    The good life
The lower cost of living in Wales mean you can choose to work less without sacrificing your lifestyle. Housing prices are competitive whether you wish to buy or rent. Lower costs extend to travel, food, entertainment and services. Council tax and basic expenses are generally all below UK average so your wages go further.

3.    The town of books and land of castles
With a beautiful landscape, notoriously friendly locals and a rich heritage, life in Wales is certainly peaceful but it is never dull. Home to Hay on Wye, the town of books, and dubbed the land of castles for the 400 structures dotted around the country, Wales also plays host to international rugby and football at the Millennium Stadium, an annual Elvis convention (in Porthcawl each September) and Europe’s fastest zip wire. With music festivals, mountain biking and epic legends, the world’s first fair trade nation is a buzzing hive of activity.
