TTM Healthcare are currently looking for a Radiology Manager to work for one of London's Prestigious Private Hospital located in Central London
This hospital compromises of 220 beds, 10 theatres, endoscopy unit, radiology unit, dialysis unit and Intensive care unit. The radiography department is modernised to a very high standard offering DR facilities throughout with AGFA PACS with Siemens CT scanners (MCT and AS+) and Siemens MRI scanners (Avanto and Espree).
Our client is looking for an Experienced Radiology Manager who takes pride in providing excellent patient care at all times, possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a high capacity for responsibility and individual initiative. You will be reporting into the Head of Imaging, you will manage all the operational activities within the Radiology department to include generals, ultrasound, breast imaging, and CT, MRI and Nuclear Medicine units.
You will have 6 direct report - Deputy Radiology Manager as well as General / MRI / CT / Nuc Medicine / Breast Imaging Superintendents. You will be accountable for circa 45 staff within the Radiology Service. You will need to have proven experience in people management as well as leading and managing day to day departmental activities.
Skills: Extensive people management experience in a large multi-disciplinary team, with previous experience of delivering transformational change. Breadth of knowledge in General, CT, MRI and Nuclear Medicine.
Shifts: 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm; Monday - Friday (partake in rotational weekend MRI shifts - Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 5pm).
Salary: £68000 - £70000 (inclusive of London Weighting), depending on skills and experience.
DCR or BSc in Radiography
To have a minimum of seven years post qualification experience in general radiography
To have previous management experience in a multi-disciplinary environment (3+ years of management of a large multidisciplinary team)
To have previous budgetary management experience
To have had experience of working in a wide range of clinical areas to include cross sectional and Nuclear Medicine.
To have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in leading and managing day to day departmental activities.
Experience in people management and leadership
To have a postgraduate general management qualification
To have experience of business and capital expenditure planning
To have knowledge of PACs Systems
£68000 - £70000 (inclusive of London Weighting), depending on skills and experience.

It is a full time permanent position based on 37,5 hours a week Monday to Friday (partake in rotational weekend MRI shifts - Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 5pm).
