My client is a reputable provider with modern purpose built services providing care to clients with learning difficulties and physical disabilities with this vacancy being based in West Yorkshire. They have an amazing opportunity for a Registered Manager to develop the service further with the aim of working towards outstanding.
Within this role you will be responsible for approx. 8 bed residential service for adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage, support and develop the service
- Ensure policies and procedures in line with the company and CQC are adhered to
- Support, mentor and develop staff to ensure your team delivers great results
To be considered for this position you must have experience within a similar role at management level or be a strong deputy who is looking to progress further. If you are already a registered manager then you will preferably have NVQ or LMC Level 4 or 5 or RMA / ILM.
