With the release of a Covid-19 vaccination now here, TTM Healthcare are proud to have partnered up with NHS Client based in Walsall to deliver Covid-19 vaccination to millions of at-rick people. We are looking for registered nurses with excellent experience, skills and knowledge to come on board and assist us in dispensing this vaccinations. The role:
Deliver vaccinations to all eligible patients and assist with the overall coordination of the site activity and day to day delivery of the vaccination programme.
Conducting clinical assessments.
The review of complex medical histories and potential adverse reactions.
Ensure clinic rooms and equipment are available at the start of each session.
Conduct pre-vaccination clinical assessments to confirm the correct vaccination, obtain consent agreement and provide advice on any contra indications.
Please note: Appropriate training, supervision and PPE will be provided to ensure the safety of staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need to show competency, commitment and willingness to complete the appropriate learning and development courses as required.
This will include vaccine training, RGNs will need to completing training before they commence the vaccination role. This training will be paid for at same rate as the role.
Shift Pattern:
Early 07:30 - 14:00 (30 min break)
Late 13:30 - 20:00 (30 min break)
Long Day - 07:30 - 20:00 (1 hour break)
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
NHS registration
Full immunisation history
Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
