TRICARE Nurse, Home based - Full time or part time contract


THE BACKGROUND:

At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with a reputable International Healthcare management Company which provides comprehensive healthcare management and related support services to beneficiaries enrolled in the TRICARE Overseas Program. They are looking for 3 full time registered nurses with minimum 3-4 years of acute experience, broad medical knowledge and excellent customer services skills.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will require close interface and regular communication with TRICARE our client, and with their beneficiaries who are enrolled throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle east (Eurasia Africa).

The TRICARE Nurse will work closely with the TOP Medical team in Eurasia Africa and TOP Operations team to drive a quality assured service to our beneficiaries.

Through robust medical oversight, and reporting on beneficiaries enrolled with the TRICARE programme the TRICARE Nurse will be responsible to:
· Provide quality assured referrals to members with a cashless claimless service
· Review medical reports following the episode of care and approve follow on care as required.
  • Prepare, report and verbally communicate medical information regarding beneficiary clinical status to the client in a confidential and time bound manner.
  • Interact with operations and logistical team coordinators to ensure optimal quality case management and service delivery.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Broad Medical Knowledge - minimum of 3-4 years consolidated clinical experience.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with experience in Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

· High level of experience in acute care and primary care
  • Registered General Nurse (must be currently NMC registered)
  • Excellent written and oral English Language
  • Additional language skills desirable, not essential
