Position Available: Staff Nurse
Location: Surrey
The Background: At TTM we are proud to have partnered with a Private Healthcare Provider who provide healthcare services across the UK. This facility is dedicated to providing complex care and rehabilitation by supporting patients with complex conditions including brain and spinal injury, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and respiratory & ventilation. Salary and Benefits:
·Up to £32,000 plus enhancements
·£3000 recruitment and retention bonus
·Benefits: training opportunities, pension, health cover, flexible benefits, and excellent career development (progression to Band 6 can be achieved after one year in this role!)
·Band 5 to Band 6 progression after one year of service
Requirements for the role:
·NMC Registered nurse, with post qualification experience ideally in a ICU/HDU setting. Proven respiratory and/or critical experience is also beneficial.
·NHS or Private Hospital experience/ Care home experience
·Newly Qualified Nurses will be considered
Job Description:
·Working as a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high value specialist patient care at all times. Working as part of a supporting and experienced nursing team you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care to ensure that patients are cared for in a safe, caring, and comfortable environment.
·You will be expected to support patients with acquired or congenital conditions through expert clinical care while also providing emotional, personal and social support to each person.
·Part of your role will include meeting their medical, physical, and emotional needs by effectively communicating with the patient and their families.
