TTM Healthcare Solutions have partnered with a Prestigious Private Organisation and are actively looking for Scrub Practitioners/Senior Scrub Practitioners to join their team based in Hemel Hempstead. As a Scrub Practitioner, you will ensure safe, effective and evidence-based care is consistently delivered. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve / maintain an outstanding, patient-focused service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• To act as a scrub practitioner and ensure safe, effective and evidence-based care is consistently delivered.
• To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve / maintain an outstanding, patient-focused service.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC
• Scrub post-registration qualification
• Current and consolidated experience as a theatre practitioner / worked within scrub
• Evidence of continuing professional development
• Knowledge of current issues in professional practice
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all professional disciplines
• Able to challenge poor practice
• Effective problem solver who meets deadlines
• Good knowledge of clinical governance standards and external bodies, such as the CQC, AfPP
• Competent IT Office' skills Word/Excel
