We're currently recruiting a Senior Compliance Officer to work with our Temp UK business. This role will be based in our Manchester Office and will be a maternity cover for the duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinating all clinical interview bookings
  • Lead on all external audits
  • Lead on all Internal audits
  • QC all new files to framework guidelines/specific client standards
  • QC all maintenance files in line with framework guidelines/specific client standards
  • Log all activity on our CRM accordingly
  • Collate reporting data for management
  • Monitor utilisation of all candidates
  • Monthly payroll report compliance checks to ensure non-compliant candidates are not working
  • Deal with invoicing for compliance costs
  • Monitor compliance spend on a weekly basis
  • Run monthly maintenance reports via RDB and distribute to consultants
  • Assist with file maintenance when required
  • Distribute all incoming forms from Formstack and record on the tracker
  • Weekly compliance review calls with each consultant to monitor activity
  • Delivering compliance training to all new team members
  • Delivering refresher training courses to the team and keeping them updated of any changes to processes/policies
  • Running ID badge expiry reports on a monthly basis and ensuring new badges are issued
  • Induction checks on new starters
  • Provide the team with advice and recommendations on compliance matters
  • Co-ordinating all incoming complaints

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years' experience in compliance within a healthcare environment
  • Passionate about compliance
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Sollid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
