Are you an experienced Residential Care Home Manager for Older People local to Sheffield looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, I have the perfect role for you.
I am working with a small but well respected care provider who offer residential care to older people. This service is medium in size and provides residential care for older people and dementia (no nursing). They are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager who can continue with action plans to improve the service making the home compliant with CQC.
As the Registered Residential Care Home Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively. You will be an approachable manager able to support and develop your staff team. You will drive the business forward making the home a happy environment for both residents and staff whilst ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.
You will need previous experience at home manager level within a care home for older people. Using your extensive knowledge of cost setting, quality monitoring and working to financial targets you will be pivotal in implementing and driving forward the company's future plans.
