Are you an experienced Residential Care Home Manager local to the Derbyshire & Chesterfield area looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, I have the perfect role for you.
I am working in partnership with a small but well respected care provider who offer nursing and residential care to older people / dementia. The service is small to medium in size and provides care for older people in a residential care home environment.
As the Registered Residential Care Home Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively. You will drive the business forward within the financial targets and uphold the company vision and strategy as well as effectively communicating with the operational team.
To be considered for this exciting position you will have come from a registered manager's position with a care home provider.
