Duties as a Registered Nurse will include:
• Support in the commissioning and development of the new service
• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed
• Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and the registering authorities.
• To manage communication with all residents, relatives, staff, professionals who are involved in the residents care.
To be eligible for the Registered Nurse role, you will need to:
• Be a registered staff nurse
• Be registered with the NMC
• Have elderly care home experience
• Good Clinical background skills
• Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
