The service specialises in delivering high quality specialist intensive neurorehabilitation and care for patients with neurological conditions including stroke, acquired brain injury (resulting from trauma or illness), Spinal cord disorders.
The Home is fully compliant with CQC and has enjoyed no agency use and minimal staff turnover for the last 2 years.
The Registered Nurse salary here is a highly competitive £18.00 and you have the choice of either part time or full-time hours and at present we have a position on days or nights.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed
- Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and the registering authorities.
- To manage communication with all residents, relatives, staff, professionals who are involved in the resident’s care.
- Be a registered nurse
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have elderly care home experience
- Good Clinical background skills
- Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
- 25 days annual leave + bank hols (Increasing every year up to 30 Days)
