Care Home – Registered Nurse – Permanent

At TTM Healthcare are proud to have partnered with a new £2m care home service which is due to open end of January and is going to be recognised as one of the leading care homes in Manchester, renowned for their first class luxury service, facilities and exceptional Nursing, Residential and Respite Care. We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join the company, if that is you and you would like to part of this exciting opening, we’d like to speak to you….
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Registered Nurse, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed
Provide leadership to the team to ensure safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company and the registering authorities.
To manage communication with all residents, relatives, staff, professionals who are involved in the resident’s care.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
• Be a Registered Nurse
• Be registered with the NMC
• Have elderly care home experience
• Good Clinical background skills
• Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
