TTM Healthcare are recruiting for 2 full time Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD nurses to staff a new state-of-the-art unit that opened last year based in Heywood, Rochdale.
I am working closely with a CQC fully compliant care home that have a reputation so good, they have been selected out of 15 interested bidders to work in partnership with the local authorities to commission a Brand new 7 bedded specialist Dementia care unit'.
As a Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD you will benefit from extensive training around challenging behaviours, behaviour triggers and escalation to ensure you have all the tools you need to care for your residents on this unit, who present with a slightly more challenging form of dementia
.
You will be well supported on your unit with another 3 extensively trained support workers as well as having the support when needed from x2 nurses on the adjacent dementia nursing unit.
The successful Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) will have previous experience in:
• Managing Challenging behaviours
• Dealing with challenging Dementia service users
• Deescalating difficult situations
The staffing levels in this home have been applauded by the CQC, Residents and their relatives for always being above average - this is probably one of the many reasons the home was awarded the grant to roll out this exciting new project.
