I am working in partnership with a reputable provider of care to clients with learning difficulties and physical disabilities. They have an amazing opportunity for a Registered Manager with drive and ambition to develop this small to medium sized service for young adults with Learning Difficulties & Physical Disabilities with the aim of working towards outstanding.
My client has numerous learning disabilities, autism and complex needs services. They have a good reputation in relation to care and service quality and are looking for candidates already experienced in managing a residential service within this sector.
You will be responsible for:
·Ensuring the service runs smoothly in line with company and CQC requirements
·Finance & Budgets
·Recruitment and retention of staff and be a supportive leader who can support and mentor
·Finances & Budgets, Occupancy, Fee Negotiation
·Coach, empower and engage a diverse staff team
To be considered for this position you will need:
·Management experience in a Residential Learning Disability/ Autism service
·Strong track record in CQC inspections
·Excellent leadership skills
·Dynamic with passion and enthusiasm
