Nursing Home Manager (PIN Essential) West Yorkshire - Commutable from Bradford, Keighley, Skipton, Pudsey, Shipley, Yeadon, Halifax & Surrounding Areas
£55,000 to £60,000 plus bonus
I am working in partnership with a small private care provider who has a rare opportunity to join the group as Nursing Home Manager. Opportunities within the group are rare as existing managers have all worked for the company for over 5 years.
This is a small to medium sized nursing home catering for Nursing, Residential & Dementia clients. The salary is attractive for a home of this size as they believe the position and responsibility of a good home manager warrants a salary (and generous discretionary bonus) at this level.
You will inspire and motivate a stable care team in order to maintain the already Overall Good CQC report with a view to taking the home to outstanding. You will be a dynamic, transparent, and confident Nursing Home Manager who is passionate about providing the highest level of care to the residents. You will have the requirements and needs of the residents as a priority of everything that you do.
You will be required to:
·Ensure care standards are met at the highest level
·Ability to demonstrate your experience in person centred care and coach this to your team
·Staff recruitment and development
·Marketing & occupancy
·Understand and execute the require CQC compliance standards
·Understanding of Finance and Budgets
You will need:
·Nursing Qualification RMN or RGN along with experience at management level within a Nursing Home for Older People
·Good CQC reports or improvements on prior CQC reports
