Nursing Home Manager - Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities - North Lincolnshire - commutable from Grimsby, Scunthorpe and surrounding areas

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee the running of this medium sized nursing home with complex care.
You will be a dynamic and ambitious leader who will oversee a high quality recovery focussed residential service for people experiencing mental health difficulties. Working closely with the NHS and Local Authority to support people in the community and provide short yet intensive support to prevent people from being admitted to hospital or to promote early discharge from hospital.
You will have a sound understanding of the needs of people affected by mental health and ideally some insights into safely supporting people who are experiencing mental health crisis.
Responsibilities include all areas of service delivery, budget management, quality, health and safety and innovation towards service development.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced manager with a proven track record of partnership working, people and financial management skills.
As a manager you will support the staff team to maintain the quality standards of this CQC registered service including supporting people with a range of mental health diagnosis, ensuring safe support management plans, ensuring the services are supportive, accessible and responsive to both the people using the services and meeting commissioner/ contract priorities.
As a Registered Manager you will:
·Develop high performing and motivated teams
·Plan and be responsive to shifting needs
·Drive compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements; whilst striving to achieve the best possible outcomes and internal/external recognition of quality
·Develop local joint working arrangements with commissioners and other key stakeholders
·Develop innovative approaches to delivering quality, engaging and empowering services
·Deliver change management including service restructuring
·Champion innovation and lead the development and integration of new services or the enhancement of existing services
·Develop your people - you will have the opportunity to build a talented team to support the development of your services
