Multi Site Registered Manager - Learning Difficulties & Physical Disabilities - Colchester

Salary £35,000 to £40,000
TTM Healthcare is working in partnership with a reputable national care provider with residential care services for learning difficulties and physical disabilities. They have an amazing opportunity for a Multi-Site Registered Manager to manage and further develop these services.
Within this role you will be responsible for 2 services which are within close proximity of each other. You will be a Supportive and Ambitious manager who is transparent and can engage the people you support and the staff team.
Both services are good but have the potential to be even more amazing and do so much more under the right manager.
Your responsibilities will be:
·Overall operation of the services ensuring smooth running on a daily basis
·Delivery of excellent operations services, regularly supervising Team Leaders
·Ensuring the effective and efficient provision of support to the people using the service
·Increase social development and life skills to enable people using the service to live as independent adults
If you feel you are supportive, ambitious, loyal and have the drive and passion to motivate and enable a staff team to achieve good outcomes in partnership with the people they support whilst providing best practice in a care environment then apply now.
You will be required to have a proven track record of achieving Good - Outstanding outcomes from CQC or improvements on previous CQC reports.
