You will be an experienced nurse, looking to make the move into management, You may have already taken the lead, but now are ready to be recognised as a leader. This organisation has a structured induction for new Lead nurses and will support you in your career path.

What are the role requirements?
RGN/RNLD/RMN
A proven track record as a nurse in AGED Care. Experience of management (Sister in Charge/lead nurse) woudl be an advantage
Experience in social care/social care management
Postgraduate studies/qualifications in nursing desirable.
Ability to lead a team
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Right to work in the EU/UK
