Rare opportunity to work in a luxurious care home full time supernumerary Monday - Friday working hours based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
I am working in partnership with a small luxurious private care provider who has a portfolio of outstanding CQC rated homes and is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager for a recently built luxurious nursing home for Older People / Dementia.
We are looking for a strong Clinical Nurse Manager who is ready to be developed/mentored into a Home Manager long term. You will have the support of a Nurse Qualified Home Manager who is fully supernumerary along with a Director who will assist and develop you into a truly outstanding Deputy Nurse Manager!
You will promote the best quality of care within the staff team to make this Nursing Home for Older People / Dementia a centre of excellence.
You will be required to:
• Ensure care standards are met at the highest level
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in person centred care and coach this to your team
• Staff recruitment and development
• Marketing & occupancy
• Understand the required CQC compliance standards
• Understanding of Finance and Budgets
You will need:
• A valid PIN with RGN qualification
• Worked at Deputy / Clinical or Management level within a Care Home for Older People with Dementia
You will have the requirements and needs of the residents as a priority of everything that you do.
